COLOUR AND SHAPE

Art Now Gallery Exhibition

(visit the Art Now Gallery site >)

Vinyl painted hard plaster or concrete reliefs produced in an artistic development work, financed by the Faculty of Fine Arts at Gothenburgh University 2008-2009.

Three specifically shape-related camouflage concepts can be used to describe the illusory effects on the visual shape of rectangular identically shaped, gradually raised, reliefs (48x59 cm, produced in the same mould). No 156 is the one most clearly revealing the actual shape of the relief.

The exceptions are item no 158 and 176 that are identically shaped and painted, but differently rotated, ("Colour Clock reliefs").
